We're looking for someone that will help create the services culture of the future.

- Oversee the technical decisions and ensure quality of results;
- Perform productively at many levels, from enterprise architecture to the concrete day-to-day world of coding;
- Design, implement, integrate and support ServiceNow platform solutions;
- Articulate architectural differences between solution methods;
- Articulate the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms;
- Ability to work independently and serve as a credible resource for the client’s
senior management team;
- Collaborate with business development team during sales efforts to demonstrate technical capabilities, create a solution vision for a solution, and create estimates and work plans;
-Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.


The ideal candidate for this job will have key skills and strong experience in some or all the following areas:

- 2 years of experience minimum;
- Expert level understanding of one of ServiceNow core products ITSM, ITOM or ITBM;
- Fundamental understanding of client side and server-side scripting;
- Fundamental understanding of client and server APIs;
- Understanding of Outbound REST services and creating inbound Scripted Rest Services;
- Experience with web technologies (JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, REST and SOAP Web Services, etc.);
- Understanding of implementation methodologies (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and ServiceNow development best practices;
- Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance;
- Platform migration to new versions of applications experience;
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge and expertise;
- Experience with non-core applications (ex. Orchestration, Performance Analytics, Automated Test, etc.) is a plus.
