We are looking for an ophthalmologist for a permanent position in the middle part of Norway.
On behalf of a customer in Trøndelag, we are looking for a versatile and experienced specialist in eye diseases for a 100% permanent position.


Information about the position:

Weekly you will treat approx. 75-80 patients. You need to be versatile and a problem solver. The person we are looking for has the patient in focus during the consultation and sees the value of great communication.

The clinic performs a significant number of consultations annually with focus on both corneal and retinal diseases, in addition to having an orthoptist available. On the surgical side, intravitreal injections and cataract surgeries are also a commonality at the clinic. There is a strong interdisciplinary environment with various nurses, medical specialists, and an orthoptist.

Qualifications:

You are a specialist in ophthalmology.
You have your medical license and specialist approval from an EU country.
You have good work capacity and the ability to see solutions and opportunities.
You are skilled within your subject, have good communication skills and see the benefit of developing good patient meetings.
It is an advantage to know the program Infodoc.
You have expertise in eyelid surgery and cataract surgery.
